Mike began his real estate career in Gainesville after working in commercial high rise construction in the South Florida area and at the University of Florida. Being a graduate of UF with a BS degree in Economics, he decided to enjoy the good life that Gainesville and North Florida have to offer and planted permanent roots here. Mike became a Broker and has been involved in the sale, design and marketing of over 900 homes in the Gainesville/Alachua County area. He has been instrumental in developing communities with many of Gainesville’s premier builders from pasture to completed neighborhoods. All the while having such satisfied customers that he has sold the same homes two or three times for different buyers and sellers.
In the last few years Mike has worked with the University of Florida Energy Extension Service in promoting energy efficient green building construction for new and existing homes, with the Program for Resource Efficient Communities. The many years of experience in the Gainesville Real Estate market gives him a very unique ability to help his customers receive the very best value either in buying a new home or selling their existing home.
